WBJEE 2026 Results: Shabwat Banerjee Tops State Entrance Exam

The West Bengal Joint Entrance Examinations Board (WBJEEB) has officially announced the results of WBJEE 2026, the state-level entrance examination for undergraduate admissions in engineering, technology, architecture, and pharmacy courses. Alongside the results, the board has also released the list of top rank holders. Candidates can access their rank cards and the merit list on the official website, wbjeeb.nic.in.

Shabwat Banerjee has secured the first rank in this highly competitive exam, followed by Soliriddha Mandal in second place and Umang Bhoot in third. The fourth position has been claimed by Rahul Konar, while Sarban Bhattacharya and Arha Bhattacharya have taken the fifth and sixth ranks, respectively. The seventh to tenth ranks have been secured by Srijan Sur, Manish Senapati, Sabyasachi Laskar, and Debojit Pal, in that order.

This year, a total of 1,20,856 candidates registered for the WBJEE 2026 exam, out of which 94,901 appeared. Of those, 92,753 candidates successfully qualified.

1. Visit the official WBJEE website at wbjeeb.nic.in.
2. Click on the link for “WBJEE 2026 Rank Card.”
3. Select the examination from the available options.
4. Enter your application registration number and date of birth.
5. Click on the sign-in option to view your rank card.
6. Download and save a copy for future reference.
