Traffic Diversions Announced for Tiranga Rally on Tank Bund

Traffic restrictions will be in place on Hyderabad’s Tank Bund this Friday from 3 p.m. to 5:30 p.m. due to the Tiranga Rally, the city’s Traffic Police announced. The rally will start at the Ambedkar Statue and end near the M-47 Patton Tank at Children’s Park.

To manage the flow of vehicles during the event, traffic coming from Karbala Maidan towards Upper Tank Bund will be diverted at Sailing Club towards Kavadiguda. Similarly, vehicles heading from DBR Mills towards Upper Tank Bund will be redirected at DBR Mills towards Goshala and Kavadiguda. Authorities have warned that the Sailing Club and DBR Mills junctions are likely to experience heavy congestion during the rally.

Commuters are urged to avoid these routes and opt for alternative roads to minimize inconvenience. The restrictions will be lifted once the rally concludes, ensuring normal traffic resumes by evening.
