As a result, candidates participating in recruitment processes may now undergo a common interview format instead of the traditional one-on-one interviews. Critics argue that the change could impact the evaluation process, potentially altering how candidates are assessed. Despite these challenges, recruitment examinations are continuing as scheduled. The state government has assured that it will not leave the vacant posts unfilled and has stated that appointments to these positions will be made.
