Dharmaraj, a Grade-I constable with the Drums Bagpiper band of the Tamil Nadu Special Police Training Centre in Avadi, fainted while performing his duties at the parade. He was immediately rushed to the Rajiv Gandhi Government General Hospital for medical care but tragically succumbed to his condition.
