Candidates will be able to access their mains admit cards through the official SBI Careers website at sbi.bank.in/web/careers. The bank has advised applicants to avoid unofficial third-party platforms when downloading their call letters.

To retrieve the document, candidates must navigate to the Probationary Officer recruitment section and locate the mains examination call letter link. The login portal will require registration details, including the roll number and a security verification code displayed on screen.

The bank recommends downloading at least two clear printouts of the admit card for examination day. After obtaining the document, candidates should carefully verify personal details including name, roll number, examination centre address, reporting time and instructions.

Mandatory Documents for Examination Day

Entry to the examination centre requires multiple documents for identity verification. Candidates must carry their authenticated preliminary examination call letter, which should bear stamps and verification marks from the Phase 1 invigilator.

An original valid government-issued photo identity document is compulsory. Additional passport-size photographs matching those submitted during the initial application must also be brought to the venue.

Examination Centre Details and Timeline

The mains admit card will specify the complete examination centre address, reporting time, roll number, exam date and centre-specific instructions. The SBI PO Mains examination across all centres will take place on September 12, 2026.

Candidates are advised to locate their assigned examination centre in advance to prevent last-minute confusion or delays. Punctuality is critical, as entry protocols require arrival within the reporting window printed on the hall ticket.

Selection Process Stages

The SBI PO recruitment follows a multi-phase evaluation structure. Candidates who qualify the preliminary round advance to the mains examination, after which further stages will be conducted for shortlisted applicants according to the bank's official recruitment framework.
