NASSCOM Townhall Urges Students to Upgrade AI Skills for Future Careers

NASSCOM hosted a Student Townhall on “AI for Intelligent Systems” at the Kakatiya Institute of Technology & Science (KITS), Warangal, on Saturday, urging engineering students to focus on continuous skill enhancement to stay competitive in the rapidly evolving job market.

Siva Prasad Polimetla, head of Engineering Research and Development (ER&D) at NASSCOM, emphasized the importance of building strong technical expertise and embracing lifelong learning to remain relevant in the age of artificial intelligence and intelligent systems.

Nidhi, manager of ER&D at NASSCOM, highlighted the organisation's efforts to address the disconnect between academic curricula and industry requirements.
