Kadapa leaders and officials gathered on Tuesday to pay their respects to Mudiyam Sridhar, a local businessman who tragically lost his life in a boat capsize incident in Vietnam. The solemn tributes were held at his residence in Om Shanti Nagar, Kadapa city.

MLA Madhavi Reddy Leads Condolences
Government whip and Kadapa MLA Reddeppagari Madhavi Reddy, accompanied by her husband and TDP zonal coordinator Reddeppagari Srinivasa Reddy, visited Sridhar's home to offer their condolences. Expressing deep sorrow, they comforted the grieving family members and acknowledged the profound loss.

Collector Promises Support to Bereaved Family
District Collector Sridhar Cherukuri also met the family, urging them to stay strong during this difficult time. He assured them that he would expedite the compensation process and provide additional support to help them cope with the tragedy. His visit highlighted the administration's commitment to standing by the affected families.

Revenue Divisional Officer Murali, Kadapa Municipal Corporation (KMC) Commissioner Bhavani Prasad, and Additional Commissioner Rakesh Chandram were among the officials who paid their respects at Sridhar's residence. Sridhar, the proprietor of ‘Nakshatra Mobiles,’ was among several Indian tourists who perished in the Vietnam boat tragedy. His death has left a void in Kadapa, where he was known for his entrepreneurial spirit and community ties.
