Harjinder Kaur wins silver, boosting India's weightlifting medal tally to seven

Harjinder Kaur has clinched the silver medal in the women’s 69kg weightlifting category at the 2026 Commonwealth Games in Glasgow, marking another proud moment for India. Harjinder lifted a personal best of 101kg in snatch and 126kg in clean and jerk, achieving a total lift of 227kg.
