Delta Electronics Plans Greenfield Facility in Tamil Nadu's Krishnagiri

Delta Electronics India has proposed setting up a cutting-edge greenfield testing and validation facility named ARIVAM at its existing campus in Krishnagiri, Tamil Nadu. The facility will focus on sustainable innovations in AI data centres, renewable energy systems, and integrated microgrid solutions, the company announced in a statement.

Expansion Plans and Government Collaboration

The proposed ARIVAM centre is part of Delta Electronics' broader plan to expand its operations in Krishnagiri, where it already runs a large manufacturing facility. A delegation led by Benjamin Lin, President of Delta Electronics, and Niranjan Nayak, Managing Director, met Tamil Nadu Chief Minister C. Joseph Vijay to discuss the proposal and express gratitude for the state’s support of its existing operations.

The company also sought collaboration with the Tamil Nadu government in key sectors, including energy infrastructure, energy storage, AI-driven data centre infrastructure, and smart manufacturing. Chief Minister Vijay assured Delta of continued support for its initiatives in the state.
