Amazon Prime Day 2026: Special 10th Anniversary Sale Dates Revealed

Amazon has officially announced the dates for its highly anticipated Prime Day 2026 sale in India. This year's event is particularly special as it marks the 10th anniversary of the annual shopping festival. To commemorate the milestone, Amazon is introducing exclusive “10th Anniversary deals” and offering temporary price reductions on its membership plans.

Sale Dates and Membership Offers

The Amazon Prime Day 2026 sale will kick off at 12:00 am on July 4 and run until 11:59 pm on July 6, providing Prime members with a 72-hour window to enjoy discounts, exclusive product launches, and entertainment offerings.

As part of the celebration, Amazon has slashed its annual Prime membership fee from Rs 1,499 to Rs 999 for a limited time. Similarly, the Prime Lite plan is now available for Rs 599 per year (down from Rs 799), and the Prime Shopping Edition is priced at Rs 299 per year (down from Rs 399).

Bank Offers and Payment Incentives

During the three-day sale, shoppers can avail of a 10% instant discount on purchases made using SBI and Axis Bank credit cards, including EMI transactions. Additionally, users of the Amazon Pay ICICI Bank credit card will benefit from an unlimited 5% cashback on their purchases. For larger orders, the Amazon Pay Later service offers interest-free EMIs across three installments for shopping carts valued at Rs 1,500 or more.

New Product Launches and Brand Participation

The Prime Day 2026 sale will feature the launch of over 500 new products from more than 100 leading domestic and international brands. Participating companies include Samsung, OnePlus, Lego, Adidas, Lenovo, Bosch, LG, and Puma.

AI-Powered Shopping Tools

Amazon is enhancing the shopping experience by integrating several artificial intelligence (AI) tools. The conversational AI assistant, Rufus, will help users compare products, access price insights, and receive personalised recommendations. Other AI-driven features include Lens AI for visual searches, AI Review Highlights to summarise customer feedback, and automated buying guides to simplify decision-making.

In addition, Amazon is introducing "Prime Playback," an AI-powered tool that creates personalised videos showcasing users' shopping milestones, savings, and viewing history. This feature will be available to select members starting June 18.

Discounts on Amazon Devices

Amazon’s own hardware lineup will also see significant discounts during the sale. Echo smart speakers, smart displays, and Fire TV devices will be available at up to 45% off. New hardware models, including the Echo Dot Max, Echo Studio, and Fire TV Stick HD, will also be launched during the event.
