Ayush Singh, a 19-year-old entrepreneur, has set an inspiring example for young innovators by selling his startup for over $10,000 (approximately ₹8 lakh). His journey, marked by determination and a passion for technology, showcases how success doesn’t always require big degrees or hefty investments but can stem from innovative ideas and relentless effort.
Ayush, the son of senior journalist and Bhadas4Media founder Yashwant Singh, carved his own path through hard work and curiosity for the digital world. At just 15, while most teenagers were busy with school and friends, Ayush earned his first income through Google AdSense. Soon after, he landed his first professional web development project, realizing that technology could be more than just a hobby—it could be a career and business opportunity.
The journey wasn’t without challenges. Ayush faced setbacks, including rising server costs and difficulties in reaching the right audience. Some projects failed, leading to financial losses, but he never gave up. These experiences taught him valuable lessons, and eventually, he developed a digital product that became his breakthrough. Selling it at 19 marked a turning point, proving that focused effort and resilience can lead to significant achievements.
Interestingly, Ayush chose an unconventional academic path for a tech entrepreneur. Instead of pursuing engineering or management, he studied philosophy, along with sociology and psychology. He believes the future belongs to those who understand human behavior and societal challenges, not just coding.
Building on his experiences, Ayush has now launched CosmoQuick, a platform aimed at simplifying recruitment by connecting job seekers, companies, and agencies. The venture seeks to make hiring faster and more efficient, ensuring the right candidates meet the right employers.
Ayush’s story is a testament to the power of curiosity, learning, and perseverance. It reminds young people that age is no barrier to success and that even small beginnings can lead to big milestones.
