Lalganj police hold monthly grievance session, promise swift resolution of citizen complaints

A public grievance redressal session was held at Lalganj police station in Pratapgarh district on Saturday as part of the monthly Thana Divas initiative, where local residents presented their complaints and problems to senior officials. Circle Officer Lalganj Rajeev Dwivedi, along with Tehsildar Lalganj and Station House Officer Alok Kumar, heard the grievances of citizens in the police station premises and gave strict directions for time-bound resolution of each case.

During the session, officials carefully reviewed all applications and complaints submitted by the public. They instructed concerned officials and staff to ensure fair, transparent, and time-bound disposal of every case. The authorities emphasized that coordination should be established with relevant departments wherever necessary, and action must be taken strictly according to rules and regulations.

Officials directed that every complainant's problem should be heard with sensitivity and each case must be investigated impartially on the basis of facts and evidence. They strictly warned against any negligence in resolving complaints and ordered that complainants be kept informed about the action taken on their grievances. The emphasis was placed on maintaining complete transparency throughout the process.

The district police stated that through the Thana Divas platform, they are committed to ensuring swift and quality solutions to public problems.
