District Magistrate Ravindra Kumar Mandar conducted a public hearing at his office in the Collectorate in Ghaziabad, listening carefully to the problems and grievances of citizens who had come from various parts of the district. The hearing saw residents presenting applications concerning land encroachment, revenue disputes, illegal occupation, public amenities, pension, ration cards, water supply, and other civic issues directly to the district administration.

During the session, the District Magistrate heard each complaint with seriousness and sensitivity. He directed the concerned officials to ensure quality-driven, effective, and prompt resolution of all grievances within a specified time frame. Emphasis was placed on addressing the root causes of complaints rather than merely processing them as routine administrative tasks.

Mandar instructed officials to ensure that every complainant's issue is resolved in a manner that reflects the intent of Chief Minister Yogi Adityanath. He stressed that complaints received during the public hearing should not be disposed of merely as a formality. Instead, officials must work toward providing real and satisfactory solutions to the problems faced by citizens. He further directed that feedback should be obtained from complainants after the resolution of their issues to ensure their concerns have been adequately addressed.

The public hearing is part of the district administration's ongoing effort to make governance more accessible and responsive to citizens. By directly engaging with residents and holding officials accountable for timely redressal, the administration aims to bridge the gap between government machinery and the people it serves.

Senior officials including Additional District Magistrate (Land Acquisition) Avneesh Singh and City Magistrate Satish Chandra Tripathi were present during the public hearing, assisting the District Magistrate in the process and taking note of the directions issued for follow-up action.
