Ghaziabad district resolves 14 complaints during monthly grievance redressal day

A Complete Solution Day was successfully organized across all three tehsils of Ghaziabad district under the direction of District Magistrate Shri Ravindra Kumar Mandad. The event, held in accordance with government orders, takes place on the first and third Saturday of every month to address public grievances.

Across the three tehsils, a total of 180 complaints were received during the day, of which 14 were resolved on the spot itself.

In the Sadar tehsil, the Complete Solution Day was held under the chairmanship of Chief Development Officer Shri Kumar Saurabh. During this session, 54 complaints were received and seven of these were resolved immediately at the venue. The event saw the presence of the Tehsildar along with officers and staff from the Revenue Department, Police Department, Municipal Corporation and other departments.

At the Loni tehsil, the Complete Solution Day was conducted under the chairmanship of Joint Magistrate and Sub-Divisional Magistrate Loni Shri Deepak Singhwal. A total of 30 complaints were received at this tehsil, out of which four were disposed of on the spot. The Tehsildar Sadar and officers and employees from concerned departments remained present during the proceedings.

The Modinagar tehsil organized its Complete Solution Day under the chairmanship of Additional District Magistrate Administration Smt Jyoti Maurya and in the gracious presence of Sub-Divisional Magistrate Modinagar Smt Komal Panwar. During this session, 96 complaints were received and three of these were resolved immediately. Officers and staff from the Revenue Department, Police Department, Municipal Corporation, Health Department and other departments attended the event along with the Tehsildar.

Thus, in total, the three tehsils of the district received 180 complaints and 14 complaints were resolved on the spot during the Complete Solution Day.
