BJP chief Nitin Nabin seeks Lord Ganesha's blessings for nation's progress

BJP national president Nitin Nabin performed prayers to Lord Ganesha at the party's New Delhi headquarters, seeking blessings for the nation's progress under Prime Minister Narendra Modi's leadership.

Prayers for national prosperity

Mr. Nabin offered the prayers on Ganesh Chaturthi and prayed specifically for the happiness and prosperity of the people and the continued advancement of the country. Speaking to reporters after the prayers, he expressed his wishes for the nation. "I pray that the country continues to progress and achieve glory under the leadership of our Prime Minister, and that there is happiness, enthusiasm and celebration in the lives of every individual," Mr. Nabin said.

Election results and blessings

The BJP president also referenced the Rajasthan urban local body elections, where the party is leading in several municipal corporations. Mr. Nabin said the party is receiving good results from the state and prayed for Lord Ganesha's blessings on the BJP family and the people of the country.

Several BJP leaders attended the prayer ceremony, including Rajya Sabha MP Tarun Chugh.
