Actor Avinash Tiwary, known for his role in Laila Majnu, recently offered a glimpse into his stylish Mumbai home, which he fondly refers to as his "bachelor pad." In a video for Mashable India, the actor showcased his Bandra residence, starting with a vibrant customised nameplate and a shoe rack that greet visitors at the entrance. The house opens into a spacious living area, where a picnic-style four-seater table by the window creates a charming café-like vibe.

The table is thoughtfully accessorised with a napkin holder, a salt-and-pepper set, and a small beverage chiller, which Avinash revealed was a gift. Behind the table stands a tall compartment displaying his awards. The living area also features a striking blue mid-century style sofa, set against earthy-toned walls and wooden deck tiles, adding warmth and character to the space. Avinash credited his house help for maintaining the neat and cosy atmosphere of his home.

One of the highlights of the house is the spacious balcony-cum-terrace, which is adorned with plants and bathed in sunlight. Avinash described it as a multifunctional space, ideal for working out, relaxing, or even doing laundry. The actor reflected on how his home mirrors his middle-class upbringing, a sentiment that resonates throughout the house.

The home also boasts an entertainment area equipped with a home theatre system, a PlayStation 5, and a smart TV, as well as a mini bar area that features a cricket bat in the corner, adding a casual and laid-back vibe.

According to Dr. Murali Krishna, a visiting consultant in psychiatry and counselling services, such spaces help reduce stress, enhance creativity, and restore emotional balance. Dr. Krishna further explained that Avinash’s description of his home as “middle-class” reflects the values and habits he developed during his upbringing. Even after achieving success, many individuals retain their childhood influences, such as financial caution and emotional grounding, which shape their identity and perspective.
