TGSRTC Launches ₹600 Weekly Pass for Unlimited Travel in Greater Hyderabad
TGSRTC’s ₹600 weekly pass offers unlimited travel on Greater Hyderabad buses, including AC services, for seven days. Pushpak Airport Liners are excluded.
TGSRTC has introduced a weekly bus pass priced at ₹600 for travel on its buses within Greater Hyderabad limits, including air-conditioned (AC) services. The Telangana State Road Transport Corporation announced the scheme on Sunday (October 25, 2026).
The pass allows unlimited trips on the Corporation’s buses during its validity period. It is valid for seven days from the date of purchase. However, it cannot be used for travel on Pushpak Airport Liners.
People can purchase the pass at all city bus pass counters. The scheme covers AC buses operated by TGSRTC within the stated limits, while Pushpak Airport Liners remain excluded.
Scheme added to existing pass options
TGSRTC’s Vice-Chairman and Managing Director, Y. Nagi Reddy, said the weekly pass was introduced to encourage people to use public transport and to provide services at affordable prices.
The new scheme is in addition to the Corporation’s existing daily and monthly bus passes. It gives TGSRTC users a weekly pass option alongside those existing categories.
Follows common Metro-TGSRTC pass
The announcement comes a few weeks after the launch of a common pass for travel on Hyderabad Metro Rail and TGSRTC buses. That pass was priced at ₹8,500 per month and ₹400 per day.
The new offering is limited to TGSRTC buses within Greater Hyderabad limits and remains valid for seven days from purchase. Its stated purpose, according to Reddy, is to support public transport use through affordable services.
