Bollywood actor Ranbir Kapoor has expanded his real estate portfolio by purchasing 25 acres of land in Mulshi taluka, near Pune, for Rs 16.42 crore. The transaction, involving four adjoining land parcels in Pimpri village, was registered on April 30, 2026, according to property documents accessed by CRE Matrix.

The acquisition includes four distinct plots of land, with the following specifications:
- Plot 1: 21,400 sq m, purchased for Rs 3.31 crore.
- Plot 2: 29,900 sq m, bought for Rs 4.62 crore.
- Plot 3: 43,800 sq m, acquired for Rs 7.07 crore.
- Plot 4: 8,900 sq m, costing Rs 1.39 crore.

Together, the parcels span approximately 1,04,000 sq m (around 25.7 acres). The deal also included a stamp duty payment of Rs 82.13 lakh.

This purchase follows Kapoor’s earlier foray into real estate in Ayodhya, where he acquired a plot in May 2023 as part of The House of Abhinandan Lodha’s project, The Sarayu. That transaction, valued at Rs 3.31 crore, involved a 2,134 sq ft parcel of land. The Ayodhya project is set to feature luxury amenities, including a clubhouse and a five-acre vegetarian hotel by The Leela.
