Nehru book unveiled in Tamil
At the same event held at Sathyamurthy Bhavan in Chennai, Mr. Tagore unveiled the Tamil translation of Glimpses of World History, a widely read book by former Prime Minister Jawaharlal Nehru. The work is a collection of letters Nehru wrote from his prison cell.
The gathering brought together leaders from multiple parties. Minister S. Rajeshkumar, Marumalarchi Dravida Munnetra Kazhagam founder Vaiko, Viduthalai Chiruthaigal Katchi MP D. Ravikumar, and senior Congress leader Peter Alphonse were present on the occasion.
