New Bahraich District Magistrate promises swift resolution of public grievances

Rajesh Kumar Pandey, the newly appointed District Magistrate of Bahraich, officially assumed charge of his office at the district treasury after reaching Bahraich district. Following the assumption of his responsibilities, he obtained necessary information from officers and held discussions on the administrative and development priorities of the district.

After taking charge, District Magistrate Rajesh Kumar Pandey addressed media representatives at the Collectorate auditorium. He stated that the effective implementation of government priorities and public welfare schemes will be his primary priority. He assured that time-bound and quality resolution of problems faced by common people will be ensured. He emphasized that special attention will be paid to law and order in the district, quality of development works, settlement of revenue matters, and ensuring that benefits of government schemes reach eligible beneficiaries. He expressed his expectation that officers and employees work with team spirit and ensure a sensitive and accountable administration towards the general public. The District Magistrate said that better dialogue will be established between the public and the administration, and problems will be resolved on a priority basis.

During his interaction with the media, he expressed commitment to accelerating development works while understanding the geographical and social circumstances of the district, and to providing transparent and responsible administration in accordance with the intentions of the government. Shri Pandey said that along with better arrangements for education and health, working according to the government's intentions, doing something good for the youth of this district will be a priority. The DM said that being an agriculture-dominated district, there are immense possibilities for progress in the field of agriculture here. The DM stated that for this purpose, efforts will be made to work by establishing coordination with farmers and responsible officials. Besides this, in this district, efforts will be made to tackle floods and erosion by formulating strategies with officers.

On this occasion, Chief Development Officer Sunil Kumar Dhanwanta, Additional District Magistrate Amit Kumar, Chief Revenue Officer Saurabh Dubey, City Magistrate Rajesh Prasad, along with other concerned officers were present.
