KSRTC To Launch Bengaluru-Bhagamandala Overnight Bus From October 1
KSRTC will launch an overnight Rajahamsa bus from Bengaluru to Bhagamandala via Mysuru, Madikeri and Kodagu from October 1, 2026.
The Karnataka State Road Transport Corporation will start a new Rajahamsa bus service linking Bengaluru with Bhagamandala in Kodagu from October 1, 2026, according to the KSRTC Bengaluru Central Division.
The service is planned as a direct overnight connection from Shantinagar Bus Stand in Bengaluru to Bhagamandala, the release stated.
It will run via Mysuru, Hunsur, Kushalnagar, Madikeri and Karagunda, connecting Bengaluru with key points on the route to Kodagu.
Timings on Bengaluru, Bhagamandala route
The bus will depart from Shantinagar Bus Stand at 10.30 p.m. and reach the Mysuru Road Bus Stand at 11.16 p.m.
It is scheduled to reach Madikeri at 5.15 a.m. and Bhagamandala at 6.15 a.m.
On the return journey, the bus will leave Bhagamandala at 8.30 p.m., reach Madikeri at 10 p.m. and arrive at Shantinagar Bus Stand at 4.30 a.m.
Fares fixed for adults and children
The fare from Bengaluru to Madikeri has been fixed at ₹545 for adults and ₹296 for children, according to the release.
For travel from Bengaluru to Bhagamandala, the fare will be ₹608 for adults and ₹328 for children.
