15 students selected at JMSIT pool placement drive; 13 chosen for Paytm

Ghaziabad: More than 100 students participated in a joint pool-campus placement drive by Garg Associates Private Limited and Paytm at JMSIT College. According to the institute, 15 students were selected, including 13 for Paytm and two for Garg Associates Private Limited.

The college said the drive was intended to familiarise students with industry requirements, strengthen employability and provide a platform for an early career start. Company representatives assessed participants on qualifications, communication skills, personality and professional abilities.

Institute officials attend programme

General Secretary Dr Himanshu Singhal, Executive Director Dr A.K. Chauhan, Head Training and Placement Officer Rajan Sharma, and BBA and MBA department head Rahul Kumar attended the programme. They encouraged students to remain career-conscious, keep developing their skills and make full use of available employment opportunities.

Dr Himanshu Singhal said the institute was working to strengthen students' professional futures alongside their academic development. Dr A.K. Chauhan highlighted the importance of quality education, practical knowledge, communication skills and training aligned with industry needs.

Training and placement department's role

Rajan Sharma said the department continues to connect students with companies, organise placement drives and prepare them for employment. The college said the pool drive was coordinated under the supervision of Campus Manager Dr Gaurav Sharma.

Chairman Rakesh Singhal congratulated the selected students and wished them success. The college said it would continue efforts around career-oriented education, skill development and employment opportunities.
