Muzaffarnagar Man Seeks SSP Help Over Alleged House Grab, Assault

Peetam Singh, son of Birmsingh and a resident of village Simli in the Shahpur police station area of Muzaffarnagar district, has approached the Senior Superintendent of Police seeking justice and security over an alleged attempt to take possession of his house, along with claims of assault and threats.

Peetam Singh has said that he has been living for a long time in the house and gher located in the village. According to him, the related rural residential records are also registered in his name.

He has alleged that some people, as part of a conspiracy, are trying to take possession of his house. Peetam Singh said that on 22 September 2026, some people forcibly entered his home, abused him and assaulted him.

According to the allegations, the household items were taken out and pressure was created on him to vacate the house. He has also alleged that he was threatened with serious consequences.

Peetam Singh has further alleged that on 26 September, the accused again reached near the house and, while creating a dispute, allegedly tried to take possession of the property. Distressed by the situation, he informed the police on the 112 number.

The victim says that despite making a complaint, he is continuously facing fear and insecurity. He has urged the SSP to get the matter investigated fairly and to take action against the accused.

Peetam Singh has also demanded that security be provided to him and his family, saying he remains worried about their safety in view of the alleged threats and repeated attempts to create pressure over the house.
