Three Cars Allegedly Set Ablaze in Hathras, Unidentified Person Caught on CCTV

Three cars were set on fire late at night in Shiv Dham Colony, located on Agra-Aligarh National Highway-93 in the Sasni area of Hathras. The entire incident was captured on the CCTV cameras installed in the colony. The identity of the person who allegedly carried out the act is not known.

The incident took place around 2:30 am in the intervening night of Sunday and Monday. According to the information available, an unidentified person reached Shiv Dham Colony and targeted three cars parked outside the colony.

The CCTV footage shows the person first spraying some flammable substance on one of the parked cars before setting it on fire. After this, the person moved ahead and targeted two other cars parked at the same location. Both vehicles were also set ablaze.

After setting the three cars on fire, the person fled from the spot. The CCTV footage has become an important part of the investigation, as it captured the sequence of events and the movement of the unidentified person.

As soon as residents came to know that the vehicles had caught fire, panic spread in the colony. Hearing the noise, local people came out of their homes and began trying to extinguish the flames.

The local residents used water and other available means to bring the fire under control. After considerable effort, they managed to completely extinguish the flames. The fire was brought under control before it could spread to other property in the surrounding area.

No casualty has been reported in the incident. However, all three cars were damaged after being set on fire.

The incident has caused fear among the residents of Shiv Dham Colony. After the fire, the colony residents demanded that the person responsible for the incident be identified and action be taken against him.

Following information about the incident, the Sasni Kotwali police began an investigation. The police are examining the CCTV footage to identify the accused and establish the circumstances behind the incident.

The police are also trying to find out the reason for the act. No information has been given about the identity of the person involved or the cause of the incident so far.
