SP conducts surprise inspection of Kudfatehgarh police station, reviews operations

Sambhal Superintendent of Police Vikas Chandra Tripathi conducted a surprise inspection of Kudfatehgarh police station on Sunday, reviewing the station's operational arrangements and security protocols. The unannounced visit caused a stir among police personnel as the SP arrived without prior notice to assess the ground-level functioning of the facility.

During the inspection, Tripathi examined various sections of the station including the main office, women's help desk, lockup, malkhana (storage for case property), and other key areas. He scrutinized the arrangements in detail and took stock of the cleanliness standards maintained within the station premises. The SP also reviewed multiple official records and inquired about complaints received at the Mission Shakti center and cyber help desk, checking the status of their resolution.

Tripathi issued comprehensive instructions to officers and staff, emphasizing that complainants and visitors to the station must be treated with courtesy and sensitivity. He stressed the importance of keeping all official records regularly updated and directed personnel to expedite the resolution of pending investigations and petitions in accordance with established procedures. The SP underscored the need for vigilance in duty to ensure effective crime control and maintenance of law and order.

The police chief also directed staff to maintain proper cleanliness arrangements within the station compound. He instructed personnel to discharge their duties with complete dedication and promptness, ensuring that public grievances are resolved on a priority basis. Tripathi specifically emphasized the importance of maintaining a positive image of the police among citizens and ensuring swift redressal of complaints. The surprise inspection reflects the department's focus on accountability and public service delivery at the grassroots level.
