Shravasti Officials Review Preparations For November 1 Government Services Mega Camp

A review meeting was held in Shravasti on 23.10.2026 to finalise preparations for the upcoming mega camp scheduled for 01.11.2026. The meeting was organised in accordance with the directions of the Uttar Pradesh State Legal Services Authority, under the aegis of the District Legal Services Authority, Shravasti, and under the guidance of the Hon’ble District Judge/Chairperson, District Legal Services Authority, Shravasti, Shri Ramesh Chand-।.

The meeting took place in the rest room of the Secretary, District Legal Services Authority, Shravasti. It was chaired by Smt. Anupriya, Secretary, District Legal Services Authority, Shravasti. Officials from all administrative departments of the district attended the meeting.

Various issues related to the organisation of the mega camp were discussed in detail. Shri Ashok Kumar, A.D.M. (Judicial)/Nodal Officer, Shravasti, directed all departments to establish proper coordination and complete the necessary preparations within the निर्धारित time limit.

He said the objective of the mega camp was to provide the general public with the benefits of various government schemes and services at a single location. He directed every department to discharge its responsibilities with complete seriousness and transparency.

During the review, department-wise progress reports were presented. Instructions were issued to ensure proper arrangements for basic facilities at the camp venue. These facilities included drinking water, electricity, cleanliness, registration counters and help desks.

The meeting also stressed the need to ensure the participation of the maximum possible number of beneficiaries through wide publicity and outreach about the mega camp.

Smt. Anupriya, Secretary, District Legal Services Authority, Shravasti, directed the officers to issue the necessary instructions to the employees working under them. She also asked them to carry out regular monitoring of the assigned work.

Officials and employees from all departments of the district were present at the meeting.
