Ghaziabad police arrest two thieves, recover 9 stolen motorcycles

Police at Indirapuram station in Ghaziabad have arrested two notorious vehicle thieves and cracked several motorcycle theft cases. The police recovered 9 stolen motorcycles and 5,000 rupees in cash from the possession of the arrested accused.

According to police, the arrested accused have been identified as Hani and Nikhil. During interrogation, both accused provided several important pieces of information to the police. The accused told police that they used to commit motorcycle theft incidents in Indirapuram area of Ghaziabad and surrounding areas of east Delhi to fulfill their expensive hobbies.

The accused used to sell the stolen motorcycles to buyers and fulfill their hobbies with the money received from those sales. Police are now investigating the criminal history of the accused and are also trying to find out whether other people are also involved in their gang.

For now, police have taken action against both accused under relevant sections and have started further investigation.
