During his visit to schools in Badanpur and Sheetalpur, he reviewed teacher attendance and the quality of teaching, which he found satisfactory. However, he expressed dissatisfaction with the low attendance of students and directed efforts to improve it.

The DM emphasized that ensuring regular attendance is a shared responsibility of both teachers and parents. He urged teachers to engage with parents to encourage them to send their children to school consistently. Addressing the issue, he stressed the importance of creating a conducive environment for learning.

As part of his inspection, Goyal personally tasted the mid-day meal served to students to check its quality and taste.
