Key meetings under the Congress Party’s 'Sangathan Srijan Abhiyan' were held today in Shravasti district, Uttar Pradesh. The gatherings took place in two blocks — Gilola and Hariharpur Rani — and focused on strengthening the party’s organizational structure at the grassroots level ahead of upcoming elections.

The meetings were graced by senior Congress leader and Rajasthan Assembly Chief Whip, MLA Rafeek Khan, who attended as the chief guest. In Block Gilola, the event was held at the Chandra Prasad Degree College in Lakshmanpur Nagar under the leadership of Block President Rajendra Tripathi. Prominent attendees included former assembly candidate Devta Din Bharti, Block In-charge Sheshraj Gautam, and other Congress members such as Mayaram Yadav.

Meanwhile, the meeting in Block Hariharpur Rani took place at Rajguru Maharaj Ji’s venue in Avadhoot Nagar, chaired by Block President Advocate Jitendra Verma. Congress leaders such as Block In-charge Bhishm Kumar Gupta and Nanku Prasad Sonkar were also present.

District-level leaders played a key role in the discussions, including District President Vidyamani Tripathi, Vice Presidents Chandrapal Singh Yadav and Aslam Khan, Minority Congress District President Imran Malik, General Secretaries Vinay Tripathi and Shivkumar Gupta, and NSUI District President Vishal Dwivedi. Senior leaders and party workers also participated actively.

The agenda of the meetings revolved around strengthening the party’s presence at the booth level, mobilizing workers, and strategizing for the upcoming assembly elections. Leaders emphasized the importance of a united and proactive approach to ensure the party’s success in the region.
