Tiranga rally in Banda unites citizens in patriotic celebration

A massive Tiranga rally was held in Banda on Thursday, painting the city in vibrant hues of patriotism. Organized under the 'Har Ghar Tiranga' campaign, the rally witnessed enthusiastic participation from citizens, advocates, traders, public representatives, officials, village heads, local artists, and schoolchildren.

The event commenced at Oxygen Park with floral tributes offered at the statue of Sardar Vallabhbhai Patel. District Magistrate Amit Aseri, Superintendent of Police Palash Bansal, Chief Development Officer Ajay Kumar Pandey, and other district officials actively participated in the rally. Sadar MLA Prakash Dwivedi led the procession.

Starting from Baboolal Chauraha, the rally, accompanied by patriotic songs and band performances, passed through Mulganj, Maheshwari Devi, and Station Road before concluding at Pratap Chowk. Participants carried the national flag and chanted slogans, creating an atmosphere of unity and pride.

Adding to the fervor, local artists and schoolchildren presented cultural performances, further igniting a sense of patriotism among the attendees. BJP District President Kallu Singh Rajput and Naraini MLA Ommani Verma also joined the rally, contributing to its success.

Throughout the day, the city resonated with patriotic chants and was adorned with the colors of the national flag, reflecting the spirit of the campaign and the collective love for the nation.
