Science Bus brings hands-on learning to three Uttar Pradesh colleges

A two-day science training programme was organized at Ramraj Inter College under the direction of the Science and Technology Council of Uttar Pradesh through the District Science Club. During the programme, students received laboratory training through a 'Science Bus' and were introduced to various scientific activities.

The training programme saw participation from students of Ramraj Inter College as well as Kaluram Inter College Sheetalaganj and Ram Narayan Intermediate College Patti. Through the Science Bus, students were taught different concepts of science by means of experiments and practical demonstrations.

Dr. Prashast Kumar Tripathi, the principal of the school, informed the students about the importance of science and motivated them to develop scientific thinking. He said that such practical training increases students' interest in science and gives them an opportunity to understand the subject in a better manner.

The programme was held at Ramraj Inter College in Pratapgarh district. The Science Bus served as a mobile laboratory facility that enabled hands-on learning experiences for the participating students. The initiative was part of efforts by the District Science Club to promote science education and practical understanding of scientific concepts among students from multiple educational institutions in the area.

Students from the three colleges were familiarized with various scientific activities and laboratory procedures during the two-day event. The training focused on making science more accessible and engaging through experimental methods rather than theoretical instruction alone.
