Muzaffarnagar Aunt Alleges Molestation, Assault, Attempted Rape Of 17-Year-Old

An allegation of molestation, assault and an attempt to rape a 17-year-old girl has surfaced in Saura village, under the Shahpur police station area of Muzaffarnagar district. The girl’s aunt has accused a young man from the same village and has appealed to the police administration and Chief Minister Yogi Adityanath for justice.

According to the complaint, the incident took place on 5 October, when the girl had gone outside her house at around 8 to 8:30 pm. It is alleged that the young man caught her from behind on the way and tried to force himself on her.

The complaint alleges that when the girl resisted, the accused assaulted her and tore her clothes. The complainant has said that the girl suffered injuries and scratch marks on her body, and that blood also came from her nose.

It has further been alleged that the girl’s cries brought her aunt to the spot. According to the complaint, the aunt reached the location and saw the accused allegedly assaulting the girl. When the aunt intervened and tried to stop the attack, she was also allegedly assaulted.

The complainant has said that the accused fled from the spot after villagers reached there after hearing the noise. These details are part of the allegations made by the girl’s aunt.

The woman has alleged that after the incident, a complaint was made on 1090 and 1076. She has also said that an application was submitted at Shahpur police station, but the expected action was not taken.

The complainant has demanded immediate medical assistance for the girl and a fair investigation into the matter. She has also appealed to the police administration and Chief Minister Yogi Adityanath to take action against the accused according to the law.
