Madhya Pradesh Housing Board extends One-Time Settlement scheme deadline to October 2026

The Madhya Pradesh Housing Board has extended the deadline of its One-Time Settlement scheme to 31 October 2026, allowing allottees to benefit from concessions on outstanding lease rent (ground rent).

The extension comes in response to demands raised by allottees during problem-solving camps being organised in various cities across the state.

The scheme's duration has been increased keeping public interest in mind, so that a maximum number of allottees can take advantage of it.

Board Commissioner Gautam Singh said that beneficiaries who could not avail themselves of the scheme by the earlier deadline of 31 March 2026 have been given another opportunity.

Under the OTS scheme, special concessions will be provided as per rules on one-time payment of outstanding lease rent.

All other terms and conditions of the scheme will remain applicable as per the original circular.

Allottees can contact their respective Housing Board offices, specifically the Executive Engineer or Property Officer, to obtain details of the outstanding amount and the concession available on it.

The Board administration has issued instructions to all field officers to ensure that the maximum number of allottees can benefit from this facility.
