Jabalpur Tops Madhya Pradesh in September CM Helpline Complaint Resolution

Jabalpur has secured the top position in Madhya Pradesh for the resolution of complaints registered on the Chief Minister’s Helpline. The district has achieved this position by surpassing all 55 districts in the state.

In the grading for September, Jabalpur received an A rating among the districts in the first group and secured the first place. The district also stood at the top of the ranking of all 55 districts in Madhya Pradesh.

This performance relates to the disposal and resolution of complaints received through the CM Helpline. Jabalpur’s achievement is being considered important from the point of view of administrative functioning. The September grading showed that the district had performed better in addressing complaints and securing the top position in the state.

The result has also brought recognition to the efforts being made by different departments of the district to resolve complaints. The performance reflects the work carried out by departmental teams in dealing with issues raised by people through the CM Helpline.

Collector Arun Kumar Vishwakarma congratulated the officers and employees of all departments on the district’s success. He considered the role of the departmental teams important in helping Jabalpur achieve the top position in the grading.

Jabalpur had earlier also secured the first position in the state among the A-rated districts in the first group in July 2023. With the district again reaching the top in the September ranking, it has repeated its earlier achievement in the resolution of CM Helpline complaints.

Securing first place among all 55 districts is being seen as a major achievement for the Jabalpur administration. The district’s performance in resolving complaints has once again placed it at the top of the state ranking.

It remains to be seen how Jabalpur maintains this performance in the coming months and continues to resolve complaints in a quick and effective manner.
