IMA Sitapur Marks 90 Years, Enters 91st Year With Medical Science Meet

The Indian Medical Association (IMA) Sitapur organised a foundation day समारोह to mark the completion of 90 years since its establishment. With this milestone, the organisation entered its 91st year. The programme focused on modern medical methods, new inventions and different subjects related to medical science.

Medical experts who came from various districts and Delhi delivered lectures during the समारोह. They shared information on developments in modern medicine and helped expand the knowledge of doctors attending the event. The discussions are expected to help patients in the district access better treatment facilities in the future.

The समारोह was inaugurated by IMA Uttar Pradesh president and renowned surgeon Dr. Rajiv Goyal, along with renowned physician Dr. Anand Prakash, who came from the IMA headquarters in Delhi.

Several senior doctors and office-bearers were present on the occasion. They included former IMA president Dr. PK Agrawal, president-elect Dr. Ravish Agrawal, Sitapur ACMO Dr. AK Tripathi, former state vice-president Dr. RK Tandon, current state vice-president Dr. Vinod Kumar Tripathi and Sitapur president Dr. Rajkumar Srivastava.

Programme president Dr. KD Joshi and branch secretary Dr. Shaifali Goyal played an important role in organising the event. City branch vice-president Dr. Tarun Saigal, treasurer Dr. Gopal Singh, joint secretary Dr. Shanu Kumar Verma and cultural secretary Dr. Shikha Gupta also contributed to the आयोजन.

Dr. Chitra Vaishya, Dr. Prerit Joshi and Dr. Pankaj Awasthi played a notable role in conducting the stage proceedings. Dr. Shaifali Goyal’s effective संचालन kept the programme engaging for the attendees.

Dr. Anurag Goyal’s contribution to making the आयोजन successful was specially appreciated. The presence of senior doctors associated with the Lifetime Achievement Award, including Dr. GN Saigal, Dr. JC Gupta and Dr. Kamal Baijal, was also highlighted.

Members of the IMA and PMP took part in the programme with enthusiasm. The event brought together doctors and office-bearers to mark the organisation’s 90-year journey and its entry into the 91st year.

At a press conference, chief guest Dr. Rajiv Goyal and special guest Dr. Anand Prakash congratulated IMA Sitapur on completing 90 years. They praised the organisation’s working and extended their best wishes for the future.
