The Haryana Staff Selection Commission (HSSC) has officially announced the HSSC Group D Recruitment 2026 Notification on 18 June 2026. This recruitment drive aims to fill Group D posts across various departments under the Haryana Government through the Common Eligibility Test (CET). Aspiring candidates can apply online starting from 19 June 2026, with the application window closing on 03 July 2026 at 11:59 PM.

The fee payment window will remain open until 06 July 2026, offering candidates additional time to complete their payments. Candidates will be shortlisted solely based on their performance in the CET for Group D posts. Eligibility criteria require candidates to be between 18 and 42 years of age as of the closing date of registration, with age relaxation applicable for reserved categories as per Haryana Government rules.

Educational qualifications mandate that candidates must have passed Matriculation (10th class) from a recognised board and studied Hindi or Sanskrit as one of the subjects at the matric level. However, this condition is waived for certain posts, such as Sweeper and Chowkidar. The CET score will carry 100% weightage, and the selection process does not include a separate main examination for most posts. The question paper will be based on the 10th class level.
