Ghaziabad ACP walks streets on Raksha Bandhan to strengthen women's safety

ACP Priyashree Pal of Wave City took to the streets of Ghaziabad on Raksha Bandhan to strengthen public trust in the police and send a strong message on women's safety. Accompanied by Station House Officer Shweta Singh of Crossing Republic police station, the senior officer conducted a foot patrol across key areas of the locality, interacting directly with residents and assessing security arrangements. Students from Indrapuram Public School tied rakhis on the ACP during the visit, marking an emotional moment that underscored the bond between the police and the community.

During the awareness drive, ACP Pal inspected sensitive and suspicious locations, speaking with passersby to understand their safety concerns and any difficulties they face while commuting. The officers reassured residents that the police remain fully alert to women's safety issues and promised swift action on any complaints received. The initiative aimed to make the public feel secure during the festive season and to bridge the gap between law enforcement and ordinary citizens.

In a gesture that brought smiles to many faces, ACP Priyashree Pal distributed chocolates to young children she met along the way.
