District Magistrate Holds Public Hearing, Orders Timely Resolution of Complaints

Ghaziabad: District Magistrate Ravindra Kumar Mandad conducted a public hearing at the Collectorate office, addressing grievances raised by citizens and instructing officials to ensure timely and quality resolution of complaints.

Residents from various parts of the district presented petitions on issues ranging from land disputes, revenue matters, drinking water supply, roads, electricity, pensions, and other public concerns. The District Magistrate carefully reviewed each complaint and directed the respective departmental officials to take effective action within a stipulated timeframe.

Emphasizing the importance of transparent governance, Mandad stated, "The government's priority is to ensure impartial, transparent, and quality solutions to every citizen's problems. Officials must focus on providing real solutions rather than treating complaint resolution as a mere formality, so the public can truly benefit."

Senior officials, including the Additional District Magistrate (Finance and Revenue) and the City Magistrate, along with representatives from relevant departments, were present during the hearing. The District Magistrate reiterated the need for accountability and urged officials to work diligently to bring relief to the people.
