Congress legislator Aradhana Mishra Mona addresses inflation and power cuts in Rampur Khas

Congress legislator and Leader of the Congress Legislature Party Aradhana Mishra Mona conducted an extensive outreach programme in various villages of the Rampur Khas assembly constituency, engaging with residents about their concerns over rising inflation and power cuts that have severely affected daily life. The visit also formed part of the party's ongoing organization-building campaign, during which the legislator met with party workers and activists across multiple locations.

Addressing party workers in Nanauti, legislator Mona said that people are troubled by inflation and electricity cuts due to the policies and failures of the BJP government. Raising the issue of soaring inflation, she said that the middle class is being impacted by the rising prices of everyday commodities including onions, mustard oil, garlic, rice and sugar. She also mentioned the problem of evening power cuts in the Lalganj, Sangipur and Rampur Sangramgarh block areas of Rampur Khas.

The legislator informed that she has sent a letter to Ashish Goyal, chairman of UP Power Corporation, seeking a solution to the power-cut problem. The letter was sent on her own behalf as well as on behalf of Member of Parliament Pramod Tiwari. During her interaction with villagers, legislator Mona assured them that development works in Rampur Khas would be accelerated and that essential development projects in the area would be implemented with strength. She also listened to the problems of the villagers and gave an assurance of resolving them.

During the tour, legislator Mona participated in the Srimad Bhagavat Katha organized in Ranki village. She also took part in a religious programme featuring the Bhagwan Shri Krishna Darshan Shobha Yatra at Rajabali Dham located in Puneet Ka Purwa in Rahatkar. In addition, she met villagers in Pedriya, Bhanwari, Nasirpur, Pure Shivbodh, Devsarha, Rehua Lalganj and Aami Shankarpur.

At Umapur in Lalganj, the legislator met the family members of the mother of litterateur Dr. Anuj Nagendra and expressed her condolences on the death. In Sohagpur, she met the family of social worker Haripal Ojha and conveyed her grief over his passing.

On this occasion, representatives Bhagwati Prasad Tiwari, Block Pramukh Ashok Singh Bablu, Chairperson representative Santosh Dwivedi, Dr. Amitabh Shukla, Drigpal Yadav, Ashish Upadhyay, Gyanprakash Shukla, Rambodh Shukla, Pappu Tiwari, Dadan Singh, Satyendra Singh, Chhote Lal Saroj, Tribhuvan Tiwari, Ramchandra Tiwari, KD Mishra, Sintu Mishra, Ram Singh Patel, Nanhe Khan and others were present.
