Complaint filed against Greater Noida woman for derogatory remarks against Akhilesh Yadav

A formal complaint has been filed at Bisrakh police station in Greater Noida against a woman resident of Amrapali Centurion Park for allegedly making derogatory and objectionable remarks against Samajwadi Party national president and former Uttar Pradesh chief minister Akhilesh Yadav. The complaint was lodged by Akshay Chaudhary, national vice president of Samajwadi Yuva Sabha, demanding strict legal action in the matter.

According to the complaint, the woman allegedly used abusive language and made offensive comments about Akhilesh Yadav, with a video of the incident reportedly circulating on social media platforms. Chaudhary emphasized that while political differences are acceptable, the use of indecent and objectionable language against the national president of any political party and a public representative cannot be tolerated.

Speaking on the occasion, Chaudhary demanded that the concerned woman publicly apologize to Akhilesh Yadav for her remarks. He stated that a written complaint has been submitted to Bisrakh police station and the police administration is expected to conduct a fair investigation and take necessary action. He stressed that the Samajwadi Party believes in democratic values and the Constitution, and opposes any form of indecency or disrespectful commentary by anyone.

Several party functionaries were present during the complaint filing, including district president of Samajwadi Yuva Sabha Deepak Nagar, district president of Samajwadi Lohia Vahini Prateek Bhati, state secretary of Chhatra Sabha Prashant Bhati, former district president Happy Pandit, Aman Bhati, and district secretary Imran Malik, along with other party workers and office bearers. The group has called upon the police to take cognizance of the complaint and initiate appropriate action as per rules.
