Chief Development Officer guides 4,800 students on career planning and goal setting

Chief Development Officer Shatruhan Vaishya addressed students at BDM Kanya Inter College in Shikohabd under the "Adhikaron Ka Saath, Safalta Ka Maarg" program, offering practical guidance on career planning, education, and goal setting. While 150 students attended the session in person, over 4,800 students joined the program through online channels. District School Inspector Mudita Pandey was also present at the event.

During his interaction, Vaishya emphasized the importance of avoiding distractions during student life and channeling energy in a positive direction toward continuous efforts for achieving goals. He advised students to make their studies more effective by regularly revising what they have learned. The Chief Development Officer stressed that discipline, honesty, and hard work form the strong foundation of success.

Addressing the growing influence of social media in the digital era, Vaishya cautioned students against spending unnecessary time on these platforms and urged them to stay away from content that could hinder their goals. He encouraged students to focus on their objectives rather than getting caught up in the allure of social media.

Vaishya also shared an important lesson about dealing with failure, telling students not to be discouraged by setbacks. He explained that even unsuccessful attempts provide valuable experience that helps a person move forward. During the program, students shared their dreams and life goals, and the Chief Development Officer provided personalized guidance in response.
