Boy caught trying to start stranger's scooter on Pratapgarh station road

An unidentified boy was caught allegedly attempting to start a scooter parked on Station Road in Pratapgarh, triggering alarm among local residents and raising questions about a possible vehicle theft attempt.

The incident unfolded when the scooter owner noticed the unknown boy inserting a key into his scooter in what appeared to be an effort to take it away. Suspicious of the boy's actions, the owner called out to him and summoned him over for questioning.
