Body of 7-8 month old infant found in Pratapgarh bushes

A shocking discovery was made in Pratapgarh when the body of an unidentified infant, aged around 7-8 months, was found in bushes by the roadside near Pure Sukal on Katra Road. The grim find triggered panic in the area.

Local residents spotted the body and immediately informed the police. Upon receiving the information, 112 police reached the spot and began investigating the matter. The City Chowki Incharge subsequently prepared the panchnama and sent the body for post-mortem examination.

Police have launched an investigation to identify the infant and are working to determine the circumstances under which the body ended up in the bushes. Authorities are also gathering information from people living in the surrounding area regarding the incident.
