The programme began with a lamp-lighting ceremony, following which the blood donation campaign was conducted and fruit distribution was carried out for the participants.
Cabinet Minister of Uttar Pradesh government Sunil Sharma attended the event as chief guest. Also present were SDM Sadar, ACP Indirapuram Suryabali Maurya, and CMD of Yashoda Medicity Dr P N Arora.
The occasion brought together officials from the district administration, police and the hospital management to honour the Prime Minister on his birth anniversary through voluntary blood donation, a gesture aimed at reinforcing the spirit of national service through service to humanity.
