The Bahraich Police has intensified efforts under Phase 2 of the Mission Shakti 5.0 campaign to create awareness among women and girls about safety, empowerment, and self-reliance schemes across the district. Under the direction of Superintendent of Police Vishwajeet Srivastava, Mission Shakti teams comprising women police personnel visited key markets, towns, intersections, religious sites, and other prominent locations to educate women about their rights, security measures, and facilities available under the initiative.

The awareness programs focused on informing women about various government welfare schemes designed for their protection and empowerment. These included the Mukhyamantri Kanya Sumangala Yojana, Destitute Women Pension Scheme, Uttar Pradesh State Rural Livelihood Mission, National Nutrition Scheme, Mukhyamantri Samuhik Vivah Yojana, Beti Bachao-Beti Padhao, Pradhan Mantri Ujjwala Yojana, PM Swanidhi Yojana, PM Samman Nidhi Yojana, One Stop Centre, Ayushman Yojana, Surakshit Matritva Aashwasan Suman Yojana, Mahila Shakti Kendra Yojana, and Mukhyamantri Abhyudaya Yojana.
