Bahraich police chief holds public hearing to address citizen grievances

Bahraich Superintendent of Police Vishwajeet Srivastava on Tuesday held a public hearing at his office to listen to grievances and complaints from residents of the district. The janata darshan session was attended by citizens who came forward with various issues requiring police intervention and administrative redressal.

During the public hearing, SP Srivastava personally listened to each complainant and received written petitions detailing their problems. The police chief took note of all the grievances presented before him and assured prompt action on each case. He directed the concerned officers and station house officers to conduct thorough investigations into the complaints and ensure their speedy resolution with quality inquiry.

The Bahraich police chief emphasized the importance of addressing public grievances efficiently and instructed his subordinate officers to prioritize the matters brought up during the session. The directive underscored the need for accountability and timely disposal of cases to maintain public trust in the law enforcement machinery.

Additional Superintendent of Police Rural Durga Prasad Tiwari was also present during the public hearing, indicating the seriousness with which the district police administration is approaching citizen complaints.
