27-Year-Old New Father Dies After Unidentified Vehicle Hits Motorcycle

A 27-year-old man who was injured after an unidentified vehicle hit his motorcycle on Jalesar Road in Hathras died during treatment in Agra. The man, identified as Satyendra, had become a father just three days earlier. His death has turned the family’s happiness over the arrival of a newborn into mourning.

The accident took place on Wednesday night in the Hathras Junction area. Satyendra was riding his motorcycle near village Pura on Jalesar Road when an unidentified vehicle hit it. He was seriously injured in the collision and fell onto the road.

After passersby informed the authorities, Satyendra was taken to a hospital for treatment. His condition was reported to be serious. Doctors at the district hospital referred him to Agra for further treatment.

His family took him to Agra, but he died during treatment at around seven in the morning on Thursday. As soon as the family received news of his death, there was chaos and grief among the relatives.

The deceased was identified as Satyendra, the 27-year-old son of Jagdish Prasad, a resident of Lahra village in the Hathras Gate Kotwali area. Satyendra ran a motorcycle repair shop on Nagla Bhura Road.

According to his family members, Satyendra had been returning home on his motorcycle from his in-laws’ house on Wednesday night. When he reached near village Pura on Jalesar Road, an unidentified vehicle hit his motorcycle. The impact left him seriously injured on the road.

The family said Satyendra had married a young woman from Pavra village in the Hathras Junction area around one and a half years ago. His wife had given birth to a child at her maternal home only three days before the accident.

The family had been celebrating the arrival of the newborn. However, Satyendra’s death in the road accident changed the atmosphere of happiness into mourning within a short time.

After his death, the family brought the body to Hathras and informed the police. Police sent the body for a post-mortem examination.

The unidentified vehicle involved in the accident fled from the spot. Police are searching for the vehicle and gathering information from around the accident site. An investigation is also underway to determine the circumstances of the accident.
