Yogi Adityanath to pay respects to four-time legislator Anil Sharma's family tomorrow

Uttar Pradesh Chief Minister Yogi Adityanath will visit Bulandshahr tomorrow at 2:00 PM to express his condolences to the family of late legislator Anil Sharma, who represented Shikarpur and had served as a former state minister.

The Chief Minister will visit Avantika Farm House located at Ranau village in Shikarpur, where he will meet the bereaved family members and convey his sympathies.

Anil Sharma, who had been elected as a legislator four times, passed away on September 3 at a hospital in Delhi. He had been battling cancer since 2023.

A condolence meeting and the traditional Rasam Pagri ceremony were held today, September 14, at the same Avantika Farm House in Ranau to honour the departed leader.

In preparation for the Chief Minister's programme, the district administration has swung into action and preparations have been intensified at Avantika Farm House. A helipad is being constructed right next to the Avantika Farm House to facilitate Chief Minister Yogi Adityanath's arrival. The district administration is engaged in completing the helipad construction and has been placed on alert mode for tomorrow's programme.

The Chief Minister's visit underscores the significance of Anil Sharma, who had held important positions during his long political career representing the Shikarpur constituency.
