Tractor-pickup collision kills two workers, injures two others in Pratapgarh

A devastating road accident in Pratapgarh claimed the lives of two workers and left two others critically injured when a tractor collided head-on with a pickup vehicle early in the morning.

The fatal crash took place near Sarai Bhimsen village, which falls under the jurisdiction of Kandhai police station area. The impact of the collision was so powerful that the workers riding on the tractor sustained severe injuries. Two of the labourers succumbed to their injuries at the spot.

As soon as information about the incident reached the authorities, the Kandhai station in-charge rushed to the scene along with a police team. The injured victims were immediately shifted to a hospital where they are currently receiving treatment for their critical condition.

Police have taken possession of the bodies of the deceased workers and initiated the necessary legal proceedings. Officials have launched an investigation to determine the exact causes and circumstances that led to the tragic accident. The probe is currently underway to establish how the tractor and pickup came to collide with such devastating force on the road near the village.
