Three swine flu cases confirmed in Raebareli district, authorities investigating contact trails

Three cases of swine flu have been confirmed in Raebareli district, triggering concern in the health department. All three patients came to the attention of authorities after testing positive at Apollo Medics Hospital in Lucknow.

Two of the confirmed patients have been referred to Lucknow due to circumstances related to their addresses, according to health officials. The third patient, a resident of the Salon police station area, is currently undergoing treatment locally. The health department is monitoring all three cases closely and has issued instructions to maintain necessary precautions against the spread of infection.

Dr. Bakshi, the nodal officer for swine flu at the Chief Medical Officer's office, confirmed the three positive cases and explained the department's response. He stated that after receiving confirmation of the infections, officials gathered information about the patients' condition and addresses before deciding on the appropriate course of action. The department is also keeping watch on people who have come into contact with the infected patients to prevent further transmission.

Health authorities have appealed to the public not to panic but emphasized that caution is extremely necessary. They urged people to seek immediate medical advice if they experience persistent symptoms such as fever, cough, sore throat, body aches, or difficulty breathing. Officials stressed that people should not be careless if such symptoms appear.
